How do I know the exotics are authentic?

Good Guy Ops only works with well-established and reputable companies.

The company that Hinder Group gets all their exotics from is based in NYC, and has been in the exotic business for decades.

Below is a statement written for Hinder Group by the VP of the company.

Shipping and Returns

Every piece is made by hand, and will ship in 7-12 business days.

Shipping times may vary, and could even be made and sent out much sooner, but its a case by case scenario.

Due to the unique and handmade nature of the pieces, returns will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
